Account Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Play an active role in the sales department by identifying,
understanding, defining customers/prospects needs.
• Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an
agreed market development strategy in the grand region.
• Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customers
prospects contacts towards achieving agreed business aims,
including costs and sales.
• Manage products/services mix, pricing and margins according
to agreed aims.
• Develop new business through appropriate propositions and
ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison to optimise
quality of service, growth and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally
using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of
profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Required skills and background
• You have a first experience in the account management or
sales environment.
• You have an excellent track record on new business development
and are able to surpass your targets.
• You have very strong communication and professional
customer relationship skills.
• You are able to function independently and without close
supervision as well as to work in a team.
• You feel comfortable to articulate and communicate with
decision makers such as CEO, CFO or CIO.
• You have a first experience in the IT or services area.
• You are fluent in French and feel comfortable in English and/or
German; Luxembourgish will be hugely considered as an asset.
